Before flight.
Before starting on your journey do not forget to take your passport and other documents required for entry and exit from a country. You can find a list of the required documents in a consulate of the country you are going to visit. Do not forget to take your passport to a ticket office. Officer will enter your name into ticket as it appears in your passport, and will verify that your visa validity agrees with your ticket validity. The airline has right to refuse a carriage to a passenger with unexecuted or with wrong executed documents..
Check-in.
While traveling abroad you will need to allow sufficient time to clear security screening and arrive at your departure gate on time. We advise you to arrive at your departure airport 2 hour before departure for international flights, and 1 hour before departure for domestic flights. Check-in closes 40 minutes before departure. Boarding ends 20 minutes before departure. Those passengers who delayed for check-in does not permitted for a flight. Passengers of business-class pass check-in prior to other passengers and are serviced in VIP-hall.
Traveling with children.
Infants under 7 days of age are not recommended for transportation. Child birth certificate should be presented while ticketing, check-in and boarding. Infants under 2 years of age will be accepted with 90% discount for carriage without a seat when accompanied at least by one adult. Other children traveling together with this adult will be accepted for carriage with a separate seat and will be charged by children fare. Be aware that children charged by children fare are covered by the same rules of free baggage allowance as adults.
Unaccompanied children.Children under 5 years of age will not be accepted under any circumstances. Unaccompanied children 5, 6 or 7 years of age will be accepted on a nonstop or through flight only, and must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult until the child is boarded on the flight. The child must be met at the destination by another parent or responsible adult . In order for us to accept your child for travel we require the following documents: application from parents (tutor) 4 copies, child’s identity document (passport, birth certificate), consent from both parents approved by lawyer if child traveling abroad, letter of attorney, child traveling document issued by Department of the Interior (for international flights) You should make a reservation for unaccompanied children carriage 4 days prior to departure. Applicable fares for carriage of unaccompanied children are the following: children 5 through 11 years of age are charged at adult fare, children 12 through 17 years of age are charged at adult fare plus supervision fee per child as the following: flights within Ukraine – 15 USD for each flight segment, flights between Ukraine and CIS-countries – 30 USD for each flight segment, flights between Ukraine and worldwide – 50 USD for each flight segment. Boarding of unaccompanied children performs prior or after boarding of rest of passengers. The child must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult until the child has boarded the flight and the aircraft has departed the gate. The child must be met at the destination by another parent or responsible adult.
Our ground staff will host a child from the aircraft through all the arrival procedures until they have met up with the person nominated to collect him/her, or to the staff of the airline to which your child is transferring. Airline representative will
ask for identification of the person collecting your child to make sure it is the person has asked to meet them. If nobody met a child at destination airport the airline representative will contact the responsible person stated in Application for carriage and will look after a child until that responsible person come. If it becomes impossible to get in touch with that person the representative will request departure airport for instructions from parents and takes all required measures even sending child back to departure airport. Baggage allowances.
Checked baggage may weigh up to 30 kg for first-class passengers and up to 20 kg for economy class passengers. For safety and comfort purposes it is allowed to carry on board carry-on items with total outside dimensions not exceeding 55х40х20 sm. It is allowed to carry on board personal items: like umbrella, infant cradle, children food and clothes, briefcase, laptop, camera, bunch of flowers.
Extra baggage.
If weight of your baggage exceeds free baggage allowances you have to book your extra baggage before flight. Extra charges apply to additional, oversized and/or overweight pieces, skis and golf clubs, TV-set, audio- and video sets, flowers, herbs, mail over 5 kg, birds and pets excepting guide-dogs.
Firearms and Hazardous Items.
The following items may be carried with special precautions: explosives materials, flammable and non-flammable gas, flammable liquids, infectious substances, radioactive materials and other dangerous items according IATA. Firearms and ammunition will be accepted only as checked baggage under the airline approval .

On board
For the purpose of helth protection it is prohibited to smoke on board of aircraft during a flight. For the convenience of passengers transportation of pets and birds is permited in the cargo hold, which is located underneath the passenger cabin, in the aircraft. The animals must have veterinay certificate and import licences. Firearms, ammunition and special instruments permitted for transportation packed into lock-up metall boxes in cargo compartment of aircraft only.
