Shalom from Israel!
Firstly, I wish to say that I pleasantly surprised by appearance of such a modern web-site as a communication link between airline and passengers.
Been a frequent passenger of DONBASSAERO and been originally from Donbass region I’ve decided to participate in your contest.
I wish to emphasize that agreement between airlines is very convenient for passengers due to low ticket prices and flights joining Хотел бы ещё раз подчеркнуть насколько удобно для пассажира наличие соглашений с другими авиакомпаниями (in particular "EL AL", Aerosvit", "МАУ"). The flight of DONBASSAERO Tel Aviv –Donetsk today is more preferable to alternative flights by other airlines in a view of cost-to-quality ratio. I hope that after purchasing a new modern aircraft the company management will consider a possibility to operate weekly direct flights to Israel.
Secondly, I wish to say about aviation security. Recently, while departing from Boryspil airport(Kiev) one of the passengers was extremely irritated by through baggage check. In that episode wish to point to professional and clear arguments from the airline representative. Dear passengers, as for me, I prefer to pass all required checks and controls and be tranquil during the flight. And you? Please, be tolerant! All that procedures they do for us. In present day reality there is no 100% guaranty in perfect security. That’s why don’t impede security service to minimize a risks.
And the last, if airport of Donetsk has a status of international airport so why passengers have to receive their baggage from electrocar? Pleasant flight with DONBASSAERO and such inconvenience at the airport is like a fly in the ointment. Probably, the airline and the airport are two separate organizations, but it doesn’t matter for passengers – that inconvenience mars passenger’s pleasure from a flight.
I traveled to Europe by the flight from Donetsk via Kiev with DONBASSAERO Airlines. I discovered for myself London and Zurich and visited Lichtenstein, the city-state. I got a lot of impressions and wish to share them with you.
Best regards,
David Slavkin
