"Donbassaero Airlines" throughout many years acts as a general carrier of such grandiose world event as the International Festival «Stars of World Ballet». From October, 3 till October, 10th, 2009 the XVI International festival in Donetsk will take place.

Festival opening is planned for October, 3rd. This day spectators will be able to see "Giselle". The main parties will be executed by the national actress of Georgia and Russia Nina Ananiashvili and Vasily Ahmeteli (Georgia).

On October, 4th Kiev Modern Ballet under the direction of Radu Poklitaru – "Underground" and "Chamber №6" will act on the scene.

On October, 7th – "Corsair" will be performed by the winners of the international competitions, soloists of Staatsballet, Berlin Yana Salenko and Marianni Walter.

On October, 8th the evening of modern choreography will take place.

On October, 9th "Don Quixote" will be performed by the winners of the international competitions, soloists of the National opera of Ukraine Ekaterina Hanjukova and Andrey Pisarev.

And on October, 10th Festival closing will take place. On the farewell party on the scene of Donetsk theatre there are well-known actors of Russia, Germany, Czech Republic, Japan, Cuba, Belarus, France and Kazakhstan. And the Donetsk theatre, according to Vadim Pisarev, plans to show the scene from new "Romeo and Juliet" production.
