Electronic ticket or ET is a new technology which is suitable both for passengers and air carries. It is a new substitution of a paper ticket. Leading International Air companies already have an experience of using ET.

Major advantage of ET is that it cannot be lost or be forgotten at home. There is no need to carry this ticket with you. Only one thing is left to arrive to the airport in time. During the check-in a passenger should show the passport and birth certificate of the children. Flight booking is held in a standard way. However, the information about the trip reflected in the air ticket is not printed on the form now, but it is safely kept in the special data base of “Donbassaero Airlines” in the electronic file where all the operations are observed including flight, exchange, refund and other actions.

As confirmation of E-ticket acquisition a passenger is given Itinerary receipt. Itinerary receipt. has full information about the route, form and details of payment and the flight itself like in the paper ticket. The passenger in fact may not receive any printout copy of the route. It is enough to remember or to note all information about the flight. But we recommend passengers to have it with them during the whole flight. For example, Itinerary receipt. may be needed during passport control while flying abroad, as the prove that you have return ticket and also for showing it to the security service at the airport entrance.

From March2, 2009 ET sale was introduced on the regular flights of “Donbassaero Airlines” in the direction Donetsk-Moscow-Donetsk. ET is already put into practice in the following directions:

• Donetsk-Kiev-Donetsk;
• Donetsk-Athens-Donetsk;
• Donetsk-Dubai-Donetsk;
• Donetsk-Istanbul-Donetsk;
• Donetsk-Moscow-Donetsk;
• Kiev-Vinius-Kiev;
• Odessa-Istanbul-Odessa.

In the nearest time ET will be also introduced in the other directions
