Consolidated fleet of Aerosvit and Donbassaero Airlines in the framework of Ukrainian aviation group alliance created by carriers will be replenished by another airliner “Airbus 320”. The aircraft arrived to “International airport Donetsk” on 7th of April 2008.
It is supposed that the aircraft will be used at different destinations of joint rout of Kiev and Donetsk Airlines, particularly, in the line of Kiev-Donetsk, on flights from Kiev to cities of Middle East, Central Asia and Europe.
In two-class grouping a passenger cabin of new airliner includes 150 seats: 12 seats in business class and 138 seats in economy class. “Airbus 320” was created at the end of 1997 and was purchased to operating lease by one of the US leading lease companies.
Another airliner “Airbus 320” with the same configuration of the cabin and additional Boeing 737-300 will be at the disposal of Alliance in April-May 2008. Joint fleet of “Ukrainian aviation group” will be replenished by long-distance airliner Boeing 767-300ER till the end of 2008 and to the end of the year it will be 18 aircrafts by Boeing production (14 Boeing 737 and 4 Boeing 767), 4 airliners “Airbus 320” and 5 aircrafts “Yak-42”.
In the nearest years joint park of Alliance will be refreshed and widen at the expense of delivery of aircrafts of new generation. In accordance with the contract signed last summer by Aerosvit Airlines and Boeing, 14 aircrafts “Boeіng 737-800 NG” will be purchased till 2015.
