DONBASSAERO Airlines successfully started to sell tickets online. First booking were made via corporate web site www.donbass.aero as early as one week after starting this service. Munich-Donetsk was the most popular flight: most of all tickets were booked to that destination from the total number of online sales made within the first week.

Once entered a web site of the Airline www.donbass.aero any passenger will be able to request information about flights available to definite destinations and time, make his choice, book a ticket for himself and other passenger as well, and pay it simultaneously by credit card. Passengers could receive their tickets in ticket offices at the airport of departure.

 «Our airline has introduced the online booking system in the end of Nov, 2005. Of cause, the first result of online sales are incommensurable to the total volume of tickets sales at present, but we are planning a big advertising campaign in order to promote our new service and increase sufficiently our online sales» – said Alexander Hrechko, DONBASSAERO general director.

Nowadays the most important of DONBASSAERO flight routes are available for online booking: Athens, Donetsk, Moscow, Munich and Odessa. «We intending to introduce into online booking system all of our flight routes as times goes by» - added  А.Hrechko.
