August 15, 2005 DONBASSAERO performed its first scheduled flight from airport Boryspil (Kiev) to Tel-Aviv. This flight was fulfilled without any incident and according to schedule in spite of counteraction from Aerosvit Airlines.

DONBASSAERO registered officially the Amendment to the License for air transportation of passengers and cargo and was given a permit for operation of charter flights on the route Kiev – Tel-Aviv (Amendment #2 to the License AA #142859 dated of 17/10/2003). Thus, DONBASSAERO considers Aerosvit’s Statment  that appeared in Internet at Aug 12, 2005 “…as an attempt of unfair competition and warring to the current Low of Ukraine “About protection of economic competition” said Alexander Hrechko, DONBASSAERO managing director.

The flight from Kiev to Tel-Aviv will be fulfilled every week at Monday and Thursday as it was approved before.
