Check-in at Business Class counter regardless of the class of service in the ticket for Donbassaero and AeroSvit scheduled flight;
Access to Donbassaero’s and AeroSvit’s business lounge regardless of the class of service in the ticket for Donbassaero and AeroSvit scheduled flight. You are given the invitation while check-in for flight;
You may issue C-FLEX award ticket for 75% of its mileage cost for one companion;
You can make 1 free date change for the full fare paid ticket provided that as a result of such a change the applicable rules of the fare paid are not violated/ broken. The request must be made not later than 72 hours before the scheduled departure. Changes to confidential, special, award, promotional, group fares and fares with the restriction “NO DATE CHANGE / NO REBOOKING” are not permitted;
Waiting list priority for fully booked flights;
You can reserve your preferable seat when booking your flight with Donbassaero and AeroSvit;
