Ordering awards

You may redeem your miles and order awards as soon as your mileage account has reached the balance required for the award concerned.

Award flights are available for scheduled flights operated by Donbassaero or by a Meridian partner airline.
With using Meridian flight award you can combine flights with Donbassaero and Meridian partner airline within one award.
The mileage redemption takes place at the moment of award authorization.
Ticketing must be processed within 72 hours after the reservation was made, otherwise the booking will be cancelled.
Once the award ticket issued it will be a subject for any applicable penalties in case of rebooking or rerouting if permitted.
Awards may be ordered by telephone, fax, e-mail etc. at Meridian Service Center or the nearest Donbassaero or Meridian partner airline sales office by stating your Meridian membership number and PIN. Award is to be ordered at least 5 working days prior to use of the award. Advance booking deadlines may vary due to local circumstances and can be queried by contacting the Meridian Service Center in advance.
You can also inquire award ticket on-line, filling a request, and our agent will process and will answer upon your request during 72 hours.
All additional costs such as taxes (e.g. airport taxes, security fees), surcharges (e.g. insurance surcharges) and service charges (e.g. rebooking fees) associated with the issue or use of an award shall be borne by the member.
