1. Request
Send your request to online booking system by selecting an airport of departure and destination airport, type of your trip (one way or round trip) and dates of your flights respectively. Aslo you should select desirable class of service and name exact number of passengers.
Notice:
You may book and by tickets via web-site not later that 72 hours before the departure. You can book up to 9 passengers in one reservation. To book additional passengers, just repeat the booking process to create a separate reservation.
2. Flight and fare selection
Once processed you request system will show a list of available flights and fares that meet your request. Please note a local time is shown both for departure airport and destination airport. Select a desirable flight and fare and go to next stage.
3. Confirmation
System will show your selected flights and fares including taxes in currency of country of your departure. Please click to link “Fare Rules” to read fare regulations and restrictions. To proceed further you should check the box that you have read and agree to the fare rules.
4. Passengers
To record your reservation you have to enter passenger information: title, name, passport, phone and e-mail.

Please enter your valid e-mail address. After finalizing reservation we will send you a message with your reservation details: your reservation number, your itinerary, list of passengers of your reservation, date and time of your flights. To get your ticket from ticket office you will need to present your reservation number to the officer.
Ticket office:
At the airport of departure. To receive your ticket please refer to DONBASSAERO representative office at the airport of your departure. Address and phone of the ticket office will be shown on your monitor after finalizing your reservation and payment.
5. Payment
You must have a valid credit card to finalize your reservation and purchase your tickets online. These data will be encrypted and sent to authorizing server of the payment center using SSL-protocol.
Please select card type (Visa; MasterCard and Visa Electron issued by AVAL bank; Maestro/Cirrus issued by AVAL bank). Enter card number (16 digits on front side of the card) and CVV/CVC-code (Card Verification Value / Card Verification Code). Enter name of card owner exactly as it is appears on the card and validity date of the card.
6. Ticket
If you enter all required information correctly, your reservation and ticket payment will be completed successfully. To confirm successful reservation and payment acknowledgement system will display a complete information about your reservation: itinerary, flight number, departure and arrival dates respectively, list of passengers of your reservation, total cost of your reservation, number of your reservation, ticket office address and phone. This information will be sent to your e-mail address also.
You may get your tickets from ticket office at the airport beforehand or directly before your flight departure but not later than check-in time termination. You should show your passport and your reservation number and officer will give your tickets already completed.
