You can book a flight up to 365 days in advance, but not later than 72 hour before departure of a flight.

How many passengers can I book in one reservation?
You can book up to 9 passengers in one reservation on www.donbass.aero. To book additional passengers, just repeat the booking process to create a separate reservation.

How do I modify my itinerary during the booking process?
You may change your cities, travel dates, class of service, and number of passengers traveling by clicking on the “Start over” button.

How do I change or cancel my already paid reservation?
If you already booked and pid your reservation online, you have to receive the ticket at ticket office. Once received your ticket you may apply to ticket office of Donbassaero for changing or cancellation  of the ticket accordingly to of the applicable fare
