How can I get to know that my reservation was completed successfully?
If you enter all required information correctly, your reservation and ticket payment will be completed successfully.  To confirm successful reservation and payment acknowledgement system will display a complete information about your reservation:

• itinerary,
• flight #,
• date and time of departure/arrival,
• list of passengers of the reservation,
• total cost of the reservation, 
• reservation #,
• address and phone of the ticket office at the airport of departure

The above information also will be sent to your e-mail

Where can I receive my ticket?
To receive your ticket please refer to DONBASSAERO representative or ticket office at the departure airport.  Address and phone of the ticket office will be shown on your monitor after payment settlement. That information also will be sent to your e-mail.

Can I buy a ticket for someone else?
Yes, you can buy ticket for yourself and for your relatives, friends, and colleges as well.

Can I buy ticket for unaccompanied child?
No, it does not permitted to buy online ticket for unaccompanied child. For such purposes, please referr to ticket offices.
